In your case you have simply not enough disk space to run this particular calculation. Some qm jobs, particularly those involving large basis sets, frequency calculations and methods like MP2 (or better) have huge disk space requirements (tens-hundreds gigabytes and more) to store the integrals file .rwf.

One of the solution is to redirect the writing of .rwf (and possibly .chk) files using %rwf and%chk commands, see: http://www.gaussian.com/g_tech/g_ur/m_running.htm . The largest .rwf file can be actually split into several ones spanning over several different directories with additional specification on how much disk space is available at each directory, e.g.:

%RWF=/dalton/s0/,4GB,/scratch/,3GB,/temp/s0/my_job,-1

Obviously you still need to have such large amount of disk space available physically in your machine, so the obvious solution is to buy more disk space.

Also, many people forget to delete .rwf files after finishing the calculations; the default is to keep them, but they're rarely necessary. To automaticaly delete them use the %nosave option after specyfying the .rwf file (but before the .chk file, which you may need later).

One final remark: it's a good practice to put the .chk and .rwf files in a different directory than the gaussian input/output files.
