I am trying to simulate organic Inverter using organic FET model equations. How can I integrate this custom equations in a software in order to simulate the inverter circuit and which simulation software is suitable to do this? your suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
If you only wish to understand an inverter, there may not be a need for a simulation software. Simulation tools are built when there is a need to understand the behavior of any circuit composed of basic building blocks like transistors and other electronic components. You may want to analyze the behavior of the inverter analytically.
