I'd like to set uneven time (days) intervals between mark recapture surveys.
I gather this can be done via the "process.data" function under "time.intervals =".
Any advice or examples on appropriate setup of data and implementation would be much appreciated.

First, specify the duration of each occasion (in your case, the number of days) in a vector. Second, specify this vector in the process.data() function:
time.intervals -> c(0, 1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1, ...)
process -> process.data(data, begin.time=1, model="Closed", time.intervals=time.intervals)
Alternatively, you can skip step #1 and just do this:
process -> process.data(data, begin.time=1, model="Closed", time.intervals=c(0, 1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1, ...))
