Hi Krishnashish Bose,

Last version of Gwyddion (Gwyddion-2.45.win64.exe ) has a option where you can open whichever file you want, in order you prefer. Follow the way below:

File ----> Open Recent-----> Choose your file.

have you found a solution to that issue? I would be happy about that option, too. The answer provided by Diego unfortunately only works with recently opened images.

Most probably need to edit dll files in the folder: C:\Program Files\Gwyddion\lib\gwyddion\modules\file
