I have a mixture of two types of nanoparticles, one is a cubic with an edge length of 20 nm, the other is a bipyramid 80nm *20 nm. Both of them are very monodispersed both in size and shape.

They are water soluble. I tried to separate them by centrifugation or CsCl density gradient centrifugation, and the former one is not efficient enough while the later one destabilize the nanoparticles. I'm wondering if the are other ways to separate them? Thanks!
