Hi, I have a commercial epoxide material. It contains 10 mol% diol impurity in it. If anybody has information about the separation of the diol impurity from epoxide material, please share with me.
The purity of epoxy resins is usually characterized by the hydrolizable chlorine content. Are you talking about the removal of residual Bis-A?

I understand that what kind of diol you want to separate? The Bisphenol-A residue whci was used to produce bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether or other kind of diol?

It is not Bisphenol-A-glycidyl ether. It is actually a glycidyl ester of fatty acid. It has an impurity of 10 mol% diol (which is a hydrolysis product of the epoxide).
