How to select the best set of summary statistics for Synthetic likelihood?

Hi,

I want to select the best set of summary statistics for synthetic likelihood approximation to use for epidemiological models.

Is there any method for this selection?

It depends on if there is a multivariate normalcy assumption. I attached an article that was downloadable for free; so, while I didn't write the damn thing, there is no reason why I cant share it.
