I want to conduct a systematic literature review on Baking up behaviors in organization. what should be article section criteria, journals and data basis
Systematic review requires your search terms to be very sensitive so it can pick up the maximum published evidenced on the topic. First you need to decide on the objective of your review, then formulate what we called the search criteria/strategy
example Population, intervention, comparison, outcome, study designs, location and so on so forth.
When it comes to selecting articles you need to compare the articles against the inclusion and exclusion criteria that you should determined beforehand at all three stages of screening (title, abstract and full text), Know which information you need and extract relevant information accordingly; do all these while also evaluating the quality of the articles simultaneously.
The topic of Organization Behavior is so large that you will inevitably be frustrated if you attempt to read about the entire field. I would advise you to select a far narrower "slice" of that huge topic.
There are four levels of analysis in Organization Behavior. They are the intrapersonal, the dyadic, the group/organization, and the societal levels which all encompass their own literature sets -- and all four are huge in and of themselves.
