How to search the upstream and downstream sequence of microsatellite site?

Hi, everyone. One of my project is to the detection of Microsatellite Instability. According to the NCI's suggestion the five microsatellite markers (BAT-25, BAT-26, D2S123, D5S346 and D 17S250) should be detected. I try my best to search the upstream and downstream sequence ofBAT-25 and BAT-26 in NCBI, while there is no any information about the two sites. Is there anyone who know how to search the sequence of BAT-25 and BAT-26? Or is there any microsatellite database including the BAT-25 and BAT-26?

Dear Zhang

Is your species or interest sequenced?

If Yes, then try to blast your primer sequence to the genomic sequences (probalby they are held outside NCBI, into a repository owned by whoever sequenced the species). Be careful with the stringency, as very short sequences (as the primers) need different settings than normal blast searches.
