How to run transient and quasistationary simulation in the same SDevice file of Sentaurus ?

Dear all,

I am trying to perform mixed mode simulation in Sentaurus considering a pwl source. I wanted to perform the transient as well dc simulation in the same SDevice command. Can anyone help in this?
