Do you mathematically, or are you asking for a software solution? I'll assume software. For free software Lavaan (http://lavaan.ugent.be/tutorial/index.html, and also lots of other R packages/functions for basic second order factor analysis) works. MPlus is also very useful. Probably worth describing in more detail the models that you want to fit and the type of output you desire.
