If any pilot studies show obvious benefits, it will be fairly easy to get scale up to broader application. It's not really a 'killer app' situation, but rather a more integrated 'holistic' approach to adoption of frameworks that provide civil society benefits.

The project is specifically looking at maximising well-being through building a digitally connected community (sensors in homes), and scalability, cost-benefit analysis, etc. will all be looked at.
