How to resolve the Error: (Process interrupted by signal SEGV) in Silvaco?

While running the program in silvaco, the error (Process interrupted by signal SEGV) occurs when the solve statement appears in code, for example:

solve name=anode vanode=0 vstep=0.5 vfinal=2.5.

hi Gaurav,

this type of error in the run time shows ill defined statement for the simulation. there is no problem with the solve statement you have mentioned. i suggest you to please check meshing or material & models you have defined.
