Currently, I am working on studying root morphology of seedlings grown on PEG-infused agar. The issue is that the media has a rather white/opaque color that makes observing the roots rather difficult? Is there any way to either resolve the opaque color or use some filtered imaging to more accurate observe and characterize the root?
