Dear colleagues,
I am going to merge the outputs of SEM for two studied groups in a research to avoid any confusion and facilitate comparison of the results for the readers. But I do not know how I can do it?!
I mean, I want to report one model only! One model which contains the values of both groups.
---Let me explain my subject to be clearer.. I am studying the predictors of marital satisfaction among husbands and wives separately.. So, I have two data set (for husbands.. and for wives..).. Then, I run data related to husbands and wives separately .. By doing so, I have two separate models for husbands and wives.. Although they are not connected to each other and are completely separate, it can be much easier to understand the differences between values if I can report the results as one model.. I mean, if I can add the values extracted from the second data set to the the first model that shows the values extracted from the first data set.. Hope my explanation makes my problem clear and understandable..---
I have seen same thing in some papers. For example, the second values have been reported either in the parentheses or on below the arrows..
Would you please kindly guide me how to do so?

Before this issue please review the upper bar of your program and you will find lots of options especially in SPSS.22

i think it is depends on your groups. if your groups are different so you can not merge two model into one, but if your groups are similar then you can merge data for achieving one model. because the nature of your data may be different and you can not analyze it in one model( in my opinion).
for example we have two groups: the first is pertain to enterprises who creates products and the last is pertain to enterprises who create services.

Maybe, I understand your problems. However, I agree with Zeinab. But How much I know as my little experience with AMOS. Most probably there is no option what you want. This problem may be solved using LISREL.
On the other hand, Could you please define your problem again clearly as some other persons do not understand.

Dear Farimah Dokoushkani, I know that and as you know that AMOS is one extension of SPSS, both have the same options, but your idea will not work, my advice to you is that to enter your data (husbands, wives) together and ask AMOS to obtain the figure that exactly you want.

Thank you for your suggestion and the recommended book.. Referring to P. 159, I combined the data into 1 file.. I defined 2 groups in AMOS based on gender, but the result is not what I want!
I guess, finally, I have to follow your second suggestion.. However, I am still searching..
