As you may notice, there is a lots of misconduct, fabrication, and falsification in the newest published, it means that the author seduced the editor to accept.
Also, there are lots of published paper that reviewers have a relationship with authors.
A lots of case regardless to the ethical publishing and conflict of interest.
For example, an external researcher claims to your published paper that has no contribution and with threaten the corresponding author and co-authors to inflate her/his name to the corresponding authors.
How could be it considered?

Could you please explain the example in more details? Your description is not quiet clear ("an external researcher claims to your published paper that has no contribution"). You have published a paper, and now someone accuses you of not including him in the list of authors, even though they contributed to the publication? In what form does he accuse you - in personal emails/letters, or publicly or in a letter to the editor of the journal?

As you identified, we had a case that a former supervisor seduced the editor with a fabricated letter from the institute. Also, I checked this researcher has a lots of paper with duplication, falsification, and no contribution.
How can be banned this researcher from the publishers.

This is a very difficult question. At least, you should contact the journal's editor to explain your position. Whether other official action is advised depends also on your position and your dependence on that person. It is always helpful to discuss such matters with experienced colleagues. If your university has an ethics committee, an ombudsperson or similar, you can also contact them. In any case it will not be possible to ban this researcher from publishers.

You mean that He ran away from the investigation!
My former deceitful supervisor did not abandon us and claim at our recent publication that she did not contribution even 1%.
Someone thinks that all of thing is the right of himself/herself.
She closed her google scholar and ran away from investigation of her institute, cause of her institute has a lots of such this person.
Is there any cooperation or organization to consider it?
My second question is how to complain about the institute that tamper her such as deputy of education. If you want to know who is the deputy of education. I can tag it for you.
The letter was from the international cooperation and the caretaker of international cooperation did not report to the journal that she deceived him.
I hope so this case would have been never happen for anyone.
It should be punished to prevent such this case at future.
