How to replicate the results from Differential Scanning Calorimeter and MALDI-TOF but without using these techniques?

What should I do? I am working as a research scholar at an Indian Institute but they do not have such equipment. I want to test the plasma retained from blood for presence of several proteins. Any idea how to go about that?
