Dear Vinita .. I don´t know it it will work for tin sulfide, but the way we clean our thermal evaporator inside is by mechanical means. First remove the thicker part with a a spatula if necessary, and then or if the deposit is thin enough we use a sticky Scotch tape. We stick it to the inside part of the chamber, and them remove it. We repeat the operation as many times as it requires. Then we clean the surface with isopropanol or acetone.
