Hi Lotey Gyeltshen, journal's editors usually not allowing for article's retraction. Other journals establish their own rule. You must contact them directly.

If your paper was not accepted for publication yet, and you found out that the journal is predatory, you should ask for retraction of your paper. Even if they do not answer you, you could relate to your paper as retracted, because in predatory journals if they accept your paper for publication they will ask for payment, and if you retracted your paper you do not owe them anything. After a while you could send your paper to a good journal published by a well known publisher.

The good way is when you come to know it is predatory and they ask of money to publish your data, just do not follow their invoice, and m sure they wont publish your data in free.

I want to share with you my recent experience with the Journal of Tourism and Hospitality (https://www.longdom.org/tourism-hospitality.html). I submitted an article for review in this journal in May 2020. I received a speedy acceptance from the journal after a very short period of time. I then realized this might be a predatory journal, and the fact that there was a speedy acceptance with no review or feedback and with a hefty publishing fee were indicators to that direction. 

After investigating the matter I realized that the journal indeed is a predatory journal. Please see the following link:

Not only is the journal a predatory one, but also the publisher behind the journal is a predatory publisher. Here is some evidence about that:

I immediately withdrew my article from the journal, and contacted the editor-in-chief Dr. Keith Mandabach (New Mexico State University). He recently resigned from his position as the Editor-in-Chief. He was very sympathetic about my concerns and promised to be in touch with the Editorial Office of the journal. Later, I was contacted by Margaret Jones from the editorial office, and she eventually agreed that my article will be withdrawn from the journal’s website. However, this has not happened, and more importantly, the journal keeps sending me emails about the payment of the publishing fee of the article (1500€, 2250C$). 

I also reviewed the Editorial Board and discovered that there were about 40 names until very recently, and that some of them had already passed away, and quite a few others were not qualified to be members of the editorial board due to they insufficient educational qualifications. Currently, there are only three members in the editorial board two of which informed me that they have resigned. Why their names still are on the website of the journal does not surprise me.

Also, I have been in touch with recent authors and it turns out that many authors have similar experiences with the journal.

The best thing is to publish your paper in an indexed journal of a quality publisher, such as Springer or Elsevier's or Francis &Taylor etc. These publishers produce journals in all scientific disciplines. Then why complicate publishing process by looking for a predatory journal ? This is especially true for new researchers.
