I was trying do a small research on comparative analysis on digital elevation model. So in this context, i will be doing InSAR based DEM , global data and ground based digital elevation model. Since Alaska already provide ready InSAR which may or mayont be usefull for DEM generation. Just need the expert opinion whether this can be used for DEM generation or else i have to prepare from steropair imagery.

Based on "asf.alaska.edu" there is some prossed product. The creation, discovery, and distribution of these products is to inform the NISAR mission team of possible cloud-based processing and data management solutions.
Sentinel-1 interferograms are available as NetCDF-4 products including the following science data:
- Unwrapped Phase
- Coherence
- Amplitude
- Connected components
Each data layer is also available as a stand-alone GeoTIFF product. More information is available in the full product specification.

The answer to this question depends on your goals.
In general, InSAR-based generated DEM restrictions are given below.
- Numerous errors in the vegetation areas
- Restrictions in areas where the radar has not been able to get data on images (e.g. shadow in rough topography region)
- incoherent areas between two acquisitions (6 or 12 days for sentinel)
Also, Copernicus produced a DEM that you may not need to process again with Sentinel images.
