The simple way is to use a very fine filter paper. Also you can use solvent exchange method. You will have to centrifuge at different rpms to sediment the hBN or impurity. then you can again use filter papers.
Anneal your sample at arround 300 - 400 C in the presence of argon flow. Nanoflakes of hBN are stable at this temperature whereas the other impurities will be converted in water vapors etc ( which will either dry off or) and will carried away from the system by the argon flow.
