I have one question.
When express one protein (animal protein drug ) in E.coli system, E.coli endotoxin such as LPS will reside in the expressed protein. It is harmful to animal health.
If I want to produce the protein in large scale and use them as an animal drug, how could I remove the endotoxin as much as possible? And in a much cheaper way?

Well, the simplest way is to tell the endotoxin LPS "THAT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH JUST GET OUT OF MY PROTEIN EXTRACT" . No not so easy. Here is reference and see if it would be some use to you.

what do you mean for large scale?
for mgs Scalea (up tp 10-20mg each run) you can use the endotrap coloums that bind a phage protein which has an high affinity for emdotoxin. Alternativelly you can use the Clean E coli strain (Lucigen) https://www.lucigen.com/ClearColi-BL21-DE3-Electrocompetent-Cells/
endotrap works very well in my bands, however the stain ( of you are using it for research purpose and you do not need to pay royalties) is probably cheaper of you have to produce many samples.
