The statement that "GR should locally reduce to SR in any surface of mass M" implicates that there should be existence of inertial frame locally and the reason to say, a freely falling object either radially or tangentially would experience no effect (force) at all, comes from such statement. But according to Schwarzschild line element, ds^s=-(1-2GM/r)dt^2+(1-2GM/r)^-1dr^2+.....,
any object lying on such surface of M has no reason to vanish all of its extra term in the metric tensor components so as to reduce to Minkowski line element for SR. But according to Reimaninian curvature tensor, such case of local expectation yields a zero curvature. So, how to interpret this problem?
