I am trying to simulate the variable capacitor of microscale but it's taking almost 2 hours to simulate.
Some times saying, out of memory and sometimes just stops in between.

Hi Ilyas,
Can you share your solver configurations? is your study time-dependent or stationary?
The out of memory problem might be due to the folder that you have chosen for your temporary and/or recovery files. Try changing it to the D:/ drive in settings.

I will try changing the drive to D:/ but I dont think that would help in improving computation time.

It won't. I was just addressing the problem you described of the simulation stopping before it finishes
