I try to attach a cysteine-tagged protein to a citrate-stabilized gold nanoparticle. Which binding conditions do you suggest to obtain the highest yield of attachment of the protein? What would you recommend to detect successful binding?

you must first prepare gold nanoparticles , then place it on the electrode and leave to dry for a while finally add 8ul of puffer 2ul glutarldehido , 12ul of protein, you take this to the cold 4h or so.

Thank you for your suggestion. How do you perform placing AuNP onto an electrode and what is the benefit? What does glutaraldehyde in this case?
