Hi, the format of ISMR files is detailed in the document attached. Some utility routines certainly exist to read these data files but perhaps not in MATLAB. If you want to use MATLAB, in this case you should redevelop your own codes.

• Format used by old Novatel GSV400B Scintillation receiver which became the

standard file format used for scintillation monitoring

• Generated by RxTools (sbf2ismr.exe)

As per results, you can open/view the files with notepad, notepad++

so these file can be open by Matlab as matrix.

In order to get these try to open first an excel file in Matlab.

Is the same procedure.

You can Use 'csvread' command in MATLAB to read the data.

Syntax - Data = csvread('filename.ismr');

Later, you can select any column based on your requirements.
