what is the importance of measuring surface to volume ratio?? what does it represent?

COMSTAT allows only LSM images to be used and not other formats. so from the confocal imaging, files need to be saved as LSM images

Thanks for the response Sir. Yes, they needed to be saved as LSM format which I was unable to do previously.

are you able to work with COMSTAT.. I have never been able to work with it
