Suraj Kapoor I think my wording was not clear. Sorry. I meant what the type of paper would be if I want to publish a public health intervention concept? Is it a research protocol? Or concept note? Or anything else? I want to propose an intervention of a very crucial public health problem. But I do not have any funding. But I want to circulate my idea so that any organization can initiate that intervention.
