The formats for publishing are set by the journals, etc. The even provide them openly and as mandatory (read: your research will be rejected if you don't abide by them). Simply select a target journal, then follow their instructions and you're done.

I suggest you to publish your findings in a SCI journal likely Journal of Biomedical Science.
