How to provide negative weights of the edges in GEPHI?

It takes only positive weights. Is there any way to supply negative weights in it?

You could simply add another column into Gephi edge table and type in the value one by one. Or the easy way is add another attribute in igraph (implemented in R) like this

E(network)$new.weight
