It is easy said than done. Most employees stop showing an aptitude to continuous learning after they have completed their basic education certificate/degree and get a job. This often leads to career obstruction, skill obsolescence and wastage of resources. In the fast changing world, it is necessary that people demonstrate a child-like curiosity towards learning new knowledge. This appears to be a complex task. What methods can we adopt to develop an attitude of continuous learning by the employees so as to contribute to its competitive strength?
