Does anyone know how should I perform experiments in ScaleS protocol for tissue clearance?
I have fully dissected brain, and what next? Should I first clear it out with ScaleS protocol and then seciton to 100 µm thick slices, and then perform IHC, or first I should cut it, then perform ScaleS on the floating sections and then perform needed staining on free-floating section?
Does anyone has similar protocol to share?
The beauty of ScaleS is that you can do whatever suits you.

I did not find it previously, but I collected answers to my questions from other articles and articles comparing different clearance methods.
I am just trying to get as much knowledge as possible before hands-on protocol, to minimalize possible mistakes and damages 😅
