I have a question to ask, I prepared 250 mL of solutions (0.025 and 0.050 mol / L) of KSr2Nb4.25Ni0.75O15, remembering that I am replacing the mass of Niobium with Nickel, dopagen, I left stirring for 1 hour, then left to stand for 24 hours. It happens that it precipitates and the nickel goes together in the precipitation, there is no dopagen, what prevents precipitation?

I am not sure I well understand your problem, but I have worked a lot on oxalates and I have observed that in non aqueous solution, the precipitation of FeC2O4, 2H2O is inhibited. Of course, water molecule are required to built the cristalline structure. If no water is available, the solid can not be built.
Because iron oxalate and nickel oxalate have the same crystallographic structure, the previous observation must also be valid for nickel oxalate. So, if it is possible to work in anhydrous alcohol having, in particular, the strongest dielectric constant (methanol or ethylene glycol would be better than ethanol or propanol) I think you will hinder the oxalate precipitation.
