Hello everyone,
I am looking for mitochondrial stress and its effect on translation in the cytoplasm. I am using CCCP for a hour and translation is reducing and the publications show that it may be caused by integrated stress response (ISR). Therefore I used ISRIP to inhibit ISR to keep translation going. But It did not work in my case.
I am now looking for any drug or inhibitor to provide protein translation to continue under mitochondrial stress. Thank you very much if you have any idea on it.
