I would like to do MALDI-TOF analysis of a few peptide samples. I have done tricine SDS-PAGE of the samples and would like to preserve them for MALDI-TOF analysis. How can I preserve the gel without damaging the peptides?
Pick the desired spot from your gel and transfer to fresh eppendorf along with Milli Q water. Store at 4 deg centigrade.
