I am checking antibacterial activity of nanoparticles, want to take SEM image of bacteria with and without nanoparticles. So how can I prepare sample for SEM ?
take pinch of upper part( grown bacteria) from the SD broth media and put it on directly
carbon tape. and go for measurement. Remember that do not do at high volatge and ask operator to take image suddenly and move on to next . As electron beam may burn the sample.

You can use quantomix wet-sem for that. It provides imaging of wet samples and it seem really helpfull. But i didnt have experience on it. So just google it :)
