If you indicate a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml, this concentration should be good for making the stock but I cannot answer you whether this concentration will be appropriate for the last, the highest point of the standard curve, as all depends on the DPPH concentration and the basic absorbance of the reagent solution. I would recommend that you test a wide range of concentrations made from the proposed stock solution of the AA. For example, starting from 2.5 ug/ml, 5 ug/ml, to see from which point you lose linearity of DPPH decolorization (i.e. 40 ug/ml, or 90 ug/ml, etc.). Good luck!
Kamil Sierżant I have proceeded with my standard calibration curve for DPPH and got the acceptable R2 value. Thank you for your response and wish! Have a good day!
