How to prepare an animal dissolution solution: 50% PEG300 + 50% Saline?

I plan to use a 50% PEG300 + 50% Saline solution as the dissolving vehicle for oral gavage administration in mice.

Firstly, added certain volume of PEG300 to dissolve the powder, and after dissolution, an equal volume of normal saline was added.
