How to prepare AL solution for determination of available phosphorus in soil?

My colleague wants to do determination of available phosphorus in soil using AL method. However, she is not sure how to prepare AL solution as she couldn't find how much of each chemical (that goes into AL solution, she needs to mix.

Can someone please explain how to make AL solution using calcium lactate?
