I need to prepare standardized samples of Aspegillus fumigatus mycellia in a liquid. Can the samples be standardized in terms of the weight i.e can I directly transfer constant weights of the mycellia into the liquid samples, or there is a better way to prepare such standardized samples (I can't use conidia for the preparation of the samples). Thank you
