Any one know what is degree Brix? From what I understand, 1 degree Brix of fructose is one gram of fructose (powder form) in 100 g of distilled water, which mean I have to add 1 g of fructose, and fill distilled water until 100 g total mass. Is it correct?

you should add 70 grams of fructose and fill distilled water until 100 ml total volume. you can use a refractometer for confidence.
You are right, so far the fructose is of chemical grade (I mean high degree of purity (99.99..%). However, note also that Brix is a standard for comparison of other sugars or solids to pure sucrose (commonly called sugar , especially made from sugar cane industrially).
As written by Oluwatoyin, the Brix scale is a refractometer index for the concentration of soluble solids but it is calibrated for sucrose. In addtion it is not in g sucrose / 100 mL but in g sucrose / 100 g of solution. And at these high concentrations the density will be significantly different from 1. Two reasons why with fructose you'll probably not be at 70° Brix for 70 g/100 mL. There are conversion tables actually, and probably they can be found on the web.
