and one `Mainfile.m file which are all script files and I want to plot variables of all M files in `Mainfile.m.Please any suggestion?I want to do it via .mat files.My problem is still not solved please i need more comments and help.
Hi Qazi, I guess it is about Matlab and you try to plot a similar named variable from many M-Files?! First possibility is to rename the variables. Otherwise you would need to execute the single m-files within the plotting procedure by:
figure(); clf
GAdeferrableload.m
plot('variables');
hold on
GAnondeferrableload.m
plot('variables');
hold on
etc.
Depends what is faster renaming or re-executing the codes. Cheers Peter

I agree with Peter`s suggestion!
Way 1: You can plot variables like Peter says.
Way 2: You can create one or several massive with several columns (if your variables have same size and type) and write into it your variables. After that you can plot data from massive/massives.
Way 3: You say that you "...want to do it via .mat files". This can be handy if you run scripts separately. You can use save options in each scripts in order to save a variable with a unique file name, e.g. save('your_filename.mat','your_variable'). After that you can load .mat files and plot all variables. If your variables have same name for load you should use the expression var1=load(your_filename1.mat'), var2=load(your_filename2.mat') etc.
