Actually, there are some ways to plot spectral responses, but I just present one of them.

First of all, you must define a port boundary condition where you are  interested to get or inject output and input signals, respectively.  

(Assume that incoming signals have been injected from port 1, and output signals received from port2) 

After a multi-frequency simulation....

1) Go to "Derive Values" section under results and add "Global Evaluation" .

2) From the Data set list, in the settings window for "Global Evaluation" , select "Parametric Solutions".

3) In the Expression text field, choose S21 (from port branch found in module tree) and click the "Evaluate" button.

4) After evaluation, the results are resembled as Table.

5) Finally,  In the settings window for "Tables" right click on table and select to plot.

what is the type of port for 2D structure? (rectangle, numeric, periodic,...)?

in user defined type, I select the electric field in the X cordinect but i see error!
