The one-way ANOVA analysis is important to find out whether measured pharmacological effects (the means and medians) observed for three or more drugs are distinct or they are due to a chance. Additionally, this analysis assesses the differences in the pharmacological effects of any analyzed drugs for each other as a pairwise comparison (Tukey's post-hoc multiple comparisons test).
Sir, using GraphPad Prism, you can easily do this. I am regularly using GraphPad Prism for all the graph and statistical analysis purpose.
If you want to use the analysis of variance (you have interval measurements with an estimated Gaussian distribution and adequate numerosity) it is better to use the MANOVA mulitvariate variance analysis, with two independent variables (time and treatment) and one dependent variable (outcome)

If in your measurement of pharmacological effect you have measured only one effect (variable) then a One-way analysis is appropriate assuming also that the measurements for each drug are truly independent. However an ANOVA only tells you that there is or is not a different between groups. Since you have a Control group, your post-hoc comparison should be a Dunnett's t-test to assess which group is different from the Control.
At 1st you have to create a sheet by column selection and enter MEAN, SEM N or your expected unit. Than point out the your value in the sheet on MEAN, SEM and N, where N = number of member in group. Than you will analyze this data by ine way anova by selecting column and select comparison test group with control group from Multiple Comparison parameters and may propose dunnest (recommended) from parameter and select P value style from option.Than select OK. You can get p value and best graph design (according to your choice). Thanks
