Hi MS Enthusiasts,

I am encoutering the issue regarding the analysis of AcquireX data for Metabolite annotation.

As you know, AcquireX (from IDX orbitrap), provided by Thermoscientific, allow us to perform the deep scan to generate a large number of MS/MS spectra from our samples.

I would greatly appreciate your suggestions/recommendations on the basic workflow for analyzing these data using some open-sourced platforms or even commercial one (such as Compound discoverer).
