Archana Archana Prepare the chitosan nanoparticle suspension, apply it to the grid, and allow it to air-dry. Then, load the grid into the TEM instrument and capture images. Yes, it is possible to obtain proper TEM images of chitosan nanoparticles when a film of nanoparticles forms on the copper grid. However, keep in mind that the thin film may not fully represent the true 3D arrangement of nanoparticles.

Alvena Shahid Thank you for your response. I also have the same concern that after film formation on the TEM grid, the chitosan nanoparticles won't be able to show their true morphology. Is there any alternative to it?
