How to perform simulations of electrostatic pull-in instability of beams in ANSYS?

Hello everyone,

I want to perform electrostatic pull-in instability simulations of beams with various fixity conditions in ANSYS to get pull-in parameters. I want to compare these results from simulations with those present in the literature.

As my research is more focused on obtaining theoretical results, simulations in ANSYS is slightly a new field for me. I would really appreciate your help in this regard.

As far as selection of element type for the beam is concerned, I want it to be solid element and not the beam element.
