I had modelled Bridge in CSI bridge. it is slab beam type bridge having 2 rectangular columns with cap beam. For NLTH analysis Gravity load defined which is static Nonlinear, and it is further linked with NLTH analysis In Time history form proportional Damping is given.
Plastic Hinges are Assigned thr' advance tab>assign>frame>hinges simillarly overrides are also assigned.
But Plastic Hinges are now showing when deflection diagram is activated
What is reason that it not entering in Plastic Zone?

Double-check the units and the amplification factors. Remember that, if the input accelerograms are in g's, an amplification factor of 981 (if your units are centimeters) may be required to accurately apply the load. If the units and amplifiers are indeed correct, then as previously mentioned, increase the load to see if the plastic hinges eventually yield.

Plastic hinges are used only in Pushover analysis.

Plastic hinges may be used in NLTHA as well as in Pushover Analysis. Indeed, plastic hinges may be used in a static nonlinear analysis.

I re looked in to analysis and found that capacity of column is much more than induced seismic force and hence it was not entering in to the plastic zone.
If same earthquake time history scaled to higher values then plastic hinges was formed
