How to perform ROS detection using the DHE probe in monocytes infected with Leishmania?

Hello, good evening. I work with promastigote cell culture of Leishmania infantum. I need to perform a protocol for the detection of ROS in monocytes infected with Leishmania infantum. I have the detection probe Dihydroethidium (DHE), and I would like protocols that could help me in this process because I have already researched different articles but haven't found detailed answers.
