Hello Everyone

I Have a CDC DENV RT-PCR kit. In that kit i have also got DENV-1-4 positive control. In their instruction they have mentioned that "Inactivated, noninfectious DENV‐1‐4 Mix is supplied as a liquid suspended in normal human

serum in four separate tubes."

But i have got positive control as lyophilized mix.

Can anyone help me as how should i make the lyophilized mix to suspension form?
